Vision
We strive towards having a healthy, self-sufficient, and self-determined afghan society, who are able to take right decision for their wellbeing and development, our vision is a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, and where constructive actions are the norm.
Mission
Through meaningful collaboration and active participation with concerned stakeholders, PCCO works towards bringing about positive and lasting changes in the lives of marginalized groups of the Afghan Society – through its holistic approaches and efforts, based on the urgent needs and local priorities, The Promised Constructive and Community Organization is dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community by promoting constructive actions and fostering a sense of cooperation among its members.
Values
PCCO strongly believes in the fowling organizational values:
- Impartiality: While upholding the duty to be inclusive and non‐discriminatory in our approach, we do not take sides in conflict and do not support specific factions or parties representing various interests in the society.
